1-Year Limited Warranty

WHEELTOP electronic shifting parts and brake caliper bodies bought from Aoeagle are covered for one year from the date of delivery. Open-box items carry the same warranty as new.

Please note: brake pads and brake hoses are normal wear items and are not covered by the warranty.

How to Make a Claim

  1. Step 1

    Contact Us

    Email support@aoeagle.com, or message us on eBay if you bought there, and tell us what's wrong.

  2. Step 2

    Send Proof of Purchase and a Fault Video

    Film the whole fault in one video, for example pressing each button while showing how the derailleur responds. Upload it to YouTube (unlisted) or Google Drive and send us the link.

    We analyze every fault video carefully before making an assessment.

  3. Step 3

    Receive Your Replacement

    Once we confirm a hardware fault, we send you a replacement part.

What's Not Covered

  • Water and Impact Damage

    Water ingress beyond the rated waterproofing, or damage from drops and knocks.

  • Disassembly, Modification or Non-Original Parts

    Damage or faults caused by unauthorized disassembly or modification, or by using non-original parts.

  • Not Bought from Aoeagle

    Units not bought from Aoeagle, units without a valid proof of purchase, and units whose serial number cannot be read.

  • Second-Hand or Gifted Units

    Units bought second-hand or passed on as a gift without the original proof of purchase. We can only offer limited after-sales support, at your own cost.

  • Wear Parts and Events Beyond Our Control

    Consumable parts that wear through normal use, such as brake pads and brake hoses, and damage from natural disasters or other force majeure events.

Free Lifetime Technical Support

After the warranty ends, we keep helping with setup, troubleshooting and maintenance questions at no charge. We usually reply within 24 hours.

This limited warranty is provided by Guangzhou Yizhiying Bicycle Trading Co., Ltd. (trading as Aoeagle), Shop 101, No. 11, Haiyong Rd, Shiji Town, Panyu District, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China, for items bought from aoeagle.com or our eBay store. It is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights, including your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. It gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. If you bought on eBay, your rights under the eBay Money Back Guarantee are not affected.
