All Aoeagle products are backed by a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.

Beyond the warranty period, Aoeagle provides free lifetime technical support for all products. Our team is always available to help you with setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance questions at no charge.

What Is Covered

The 1-year warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Functional failures under normal riding conditions
  • Electronic component failures not caused by user damage

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:
