Can I enquire about a small first order?
Yes. Tell us which systems you are considering and your estimated quantity. We will confirm the available configuration, order requirements and pricing for your enquiry.
Can I include different WHEELTOP systems?
You can request TX disc brake, TX rim brake, GeX, OX2.0, TXR and TX rim-brake full kits in the same enquiry. List the quantities you need for each system in the notes so we can check the proposed order.
How do I get a price including delivery?
Include your destination country, estimated quantity and preferred configuration. Add your city or postal code in the notes for a more specific shipping quote. Availability, freight and any applicable import charges will be clarified before an order is agreed.
What if I am not sure which kit to choose?
Select “Not sure yet” and describe the bikes you work on, the brake setup and the intended drivetrain. We can discuss the options before preparing a quote.
What do I need to verify my shop?
A valid business licence or business registration document, plus a clear photo of your shopfront with the store sign visible. Email both to support@aoeagle.com with your business name and enquiry reference. These documents are required before we approve wholesale access.
