Fresh back at our Texas warehouse: WHEELTOP sets that never touched a road. A frame that wasn't a match, an install that didn't come together on the day. Nothing wrong with the kit itself, so we let them go for 30% off with the same 1-year warranty as new. Honestly, we lose a little on every one. We'd rather see them on a bike.
It's our thank-you to the WHEELTOP riders who shop with us directly. New sets drop here as they come back.

This one was meant for a home build. On the day, the shift levers just wouldn't clamp onto the bars, and instead of forcing anything, the rider boxed it all back up and sent it home to us. Good call.
Not a single pedal stroke on it, ceramic oversized pulley cage and all. It deserves a bike that actually gets ridden.
What you'll find
- Never fully installed, never ridden
- Light marks on the shift levers from the fitting attempt

It went to a rider with more than fifty years in the saddle, someone who used to run a bike shop. We traded messages, talked it through, and they were game to give it another go.
In the end, the derailleur hanger on that particular frame just wasn't a match. Nothing wrong with the set. It simply belongs on a different bike. Maybe yours.
What you'll find
- Never ridden
- Light marks on the front and rear derailleur mounting bolts from a test fit
