800mAh High-Capacity Replaceable Battery
The OX 2.0 and GeX use a replaceable battery module. Replace a worn battery while keeping your existing rear derailleur in service.
User-Replaceable — No Specialist Needed
The 800mAh lithium battery is secured by four hex socket screws. Use a 2 mm hex key to remove them, slide out the old battery, and slide in the new one. No soldering, no bike shop visit required. Replacing the battery lets you keep using the derailleur when the original battery wears out.
Use a professional-grade 2 mm hex key. The fixing screws are small and precisely fitted — a poorly fitting or worn hex key can damage the screw heads, making removal very difficult. We strongly recommend a precision hex key set designed for RC / model aircraft use. Hex key not included.

The OX 2.0 and GeX rear derailleurs share the same battery, so this one part covers both. It won't fit any other WHEELTOP derailleur.
Replacement / Spare Battery
